L’ANVGD è la principale rappresentante degli italiani autoctoni esuli da Istria, Fiume e Dalmazia annesse alla Jugoslavia comunista dopo le stragi delle foibe. Sorta per tutelare i diritti dei profughi e aiutarli a reinserirsi nel tessuto sociale, oggi si occupa soprattutto di storia dell’italianità adriatica.
ANVGD is the main representative of the native Italians exiled from Istria, Fiume and Dalmatia annexed to communist Yugoslavia after the Foibe massacres. Founded to protect the rights of refugees and help them reintegrate into the social fabric, today it mainly deals with the history of Adriatic Italianness.
